I cannot find any information on Howell Adams. A Howell Adams lived in Johnston and in Burke Counties, North Carolina in 1790 Census. During the period of 1804-1806 Howell Adams, Elias Lane, Thomas Davidson, Robert Simmons, Rueben Jones, John Stafford, Cruther B Hudson from Virginia and North Carolina settled on Beaverdam Creek, Dickson County, Tennessee.
