WINNIE JEAN SMITH, daughter of William Andy Smith and Emma Jane 'Bell' Hartwick, was born 21 January 1920 in Clinton, Van Buren County, Arkansas. She married 1943 JAMES ELMON ROWLETT, son of Cecil Calvert Rowlett adn Jessie Mae Poole, born 10 February 1924 in Arkansas City, Arkansas County, Arkansas and died 6 August 1997.
